Thank you for supporting Whispers by HHJ. Every purchase helps sustain the creative process behind each story and digital release. Please read our refund policy carefully before completing your order.
1. Digital Products
All products available through Whispers by HHJ are digital (such as eBooks, short stories, and downloadable content). Because of their downloadable nature, all sales are final once a purchase is completed.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any digital product — whether delivered instantly or manually through email.
2. Delivery Confirmation
After payment verification, your purchased product will be delivered either:
- Via direct download, or
- By email, depending on your selected delivery method.
If your product doesn’t arrive within the expected time frame (usually a few minutes, up to 24 hours in rare cases), please contact us at whispers@hibahjaleel.com, and we’ll make sure you receive it.
3. Exceptions
Refunds are not provided under any circumstances, including:
- Accidental purchase
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product selection
- Inability to access the product due to user-side technical issues
However, if you encounter a genuine technical problem (e.g., broken file, missing download link), please reach out — we’ll assist you in resolving it promptly.
